Started in May of 2001, Vivid Racing has escalated to a multi million-dollar business during both the 2002 and 2003 fiscal years. Already out growing our 3500 square foot facility, we initially focused solely in the Subaru WRX market when the car landed on the US shores. Vivid Racing found itself as the #1 supplier of aftermarket parts in this niche market. With a website featuring forums, community news, clothing, videos, and the best selection of parts, the brand image and name of Vivid Racing had become a household name in the WRX industry.
To achieve more notoriety, Vivid Racing build what is regarded today as one of the most famous Subaru WRXs in industry. This 2002 WRX was featured in over 15 magazines worldwide in advertisements, event coverage, and features. The car was featured in both Super Street and Import Racer magazines, as well as covered on several online magazines websites. It was a SEMA vehicle in 2002 and participated in the world famous and risqué Gumball 3000 event from San Francisco to Miami. This event has been covered by a large variety of media. From 54321 on ESPN, Super2NR TV, Max Power in the UK, to Euro Tuner in the USA, and a full blown Gumball 3000 movie being released here in theaters in January 2004, Vivid Racing not only builds quality cars with more hot parts then are available, but markets and develops the companies brand images that participate with them.
